Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- In original condition
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/customized products
- Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
- You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

- Refund Processing: 5–10 business days
- Bank Processing Time: Depends on your payment provider
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and product photos
We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
