Shipping policy
Shipping Rates (UK Only)
We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom.
- Standard Tracked (2–4 business days): £3.49 flat rate
- Next Day Delivery (order before 3:00 PM, Mon–Fri): £4.99 flat rate
- Free Tracked Delivery (2–4 business days): Free on orders over £40
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, weekends, or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
Processing Time
- Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Next Day Delivery orders placed before 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day for next working day arrival.
- During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions), dispatch may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Royal Mail or courier tracking number so you can monitor progress.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If this happens, please contact us at sales@hifen.co.uk and we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement if possible.
Returns & Exchanges
